Job Description

Job Title: MIS cum PMO Executive / Assistant Manager

Overview:

We are seeking a versatile and detail-oriented professional to manage Management Information Systems (MIS) and support Project Management Office (PMO) functions. The ideal candidate will be proficient in data analysis, reporting, project coordination, and process improvement. This role demands excellent communication, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

MIS Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize MIS processes, ensuring accurate and actionable data insights.
  • Generate, maintain, and consolidate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
  • Create and update dashboards with data visualization using charts such as bar charts and pie charts.
  • Automate reports and dashboards using advanced Excel techniques including VBA, Macros, and SQL (preferred).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

PMO Responsibilities

  • Facilitate communication and alignment across project teams.
  • Manage project administrative functions and deliver timely status reports to management.
  • Track open positions, coordinate onboarding/offboarding of resources.
  • Maintain project documentation according to organizational standards.
  • Support continuous improvement of PMO processes and tools.
  • Monitor open items, highlight risks, and help implement mitigation strategies.
  • Rationalize tasks to improve efficiency and effectiveness under pressure.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university (any discipline).
  • Experience: 5 to 9 years in PMO or project coordination roles (healthcare background preferred but not mandatory).

Skills and Competencies:

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including VBA/Macros), PowerPoint; SQL knowledge is a plus.
  • Experience with data visualization and dashboard creation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

Working Hours:

Minimum 8 hours per day (may vary as per process requirements). WFO or Hybrid.
