Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager at Servotech Power Solution, located in Ranchi. The Assistant Manager will oversee daily operations, manage team performance, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Responsibilities include coordinating with different departments, maintaining standards of quality and safety, and providing regular progress reports to senior management. Additionally, the Assistant Manager will be expected to handle client interactions, resolve any operational issues, and contribute to strategic planning and process improvements. Qualifications Team management, leadership, and coordination skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Experience in developing and implementing operational strategies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities Proficiency in using project management software and tools Knowledge of mechanical and industrial engineering principles Ability to work on-site in Ranchi Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or related field preferred Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role is a plus
