Job Description

Exciting Opportunity: Tax Analyst and Assistant Manager - International Taxation & Transfer Pricing in Bangalore!

Role Overview:

corporate and international taxation, transfer pricing compliance

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain
transfer pricing documentation & local TP reports
as per OECD guidelines/local regulations.
Coordinate with global teams & advisors for
transfer pricing policy implementation.
Ensure compliance with local/global
corporate tax regulations
(CbCR, Master File, DTAA, TDS, Advance Tax).
Support tax accounting, including current tax, deferred tax, and effective tax rate analysis.
Review WHT applicability for
cross-border transactions
with reference to tax treaties.
Provide support for IFRS/GAAP audits from a tax perspective.
Contribute to tax research, advisory, structuring, and M&A-related projects.
Stay updated on changes in tax laws, international taxation, and transfer pricing principles.

Candidate Profile

Chartered Accountant (CA) / CPA with
2-5 years of experience
in international taxation & transfer pricing.
Strong knowledge of
corporate tax
(WHT, Tax Treaty, Tax Accounting)
& transfer pricing frameworks.
Proven ability to interpret and apply tax legislation, with effective stakeholder communication.
Self-driven professional with strong planning, organizational, and deadline-management skills.
Proficiency in
MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint
.
