Job Description

Supply Ops - WS AM is responsible for overseeing and improving the daily operations of the wholesale business. This includes managing Wholesale Orders Fulfilment, Dispatches from the Suppliers, Supplier payments and Supplier experience to ensure smooth, efficient and cost-effective business operations.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Operational OversightManage day-to-day dispatch of Wholesale orders via FTL/PTLMaintain daily dispatch tracker and reportsEnsure timely dispatch and delivery of the goods to our customers🔹 Vendor & Supplier CoordinationBuild and maintain strong relationships with suppliersEnsure Purchase orders are shared with the suppliers in real time without delayMonitoring timely vehicle placements at the supplier location and pick up as per SLA
