Assistant Manager

As a member of the Business Finance team, your role involves partnering with the business team to drive sustainable growth and efficiency in investments. Your focus will be on improving margins, minimizing financial risks, and understanding key business drivers to enhance topline and business metrics. Your responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with business and finance leaders to build annual operating plans and departmental budgets - Developing comprehensive project plans to evaluate new business proposals - Preparing, reviewing, and analyzing financial and business metrics for accuracy and completeness - Tracking project and department performance to ensure the successful completion of short and long-term plans - Acting as a central finance point of contact for respective departments and business segments - Coordinating with cross-functional teams for compatibility and pacing of ongoing projects - Program managing initiatives for cost optimization, technology, and process improvements To succeed in this role, you should possess the following superpowers/skills: - Qualified as a Chartered Accountant or MBA in Finance with 2 to 3 years of progressive accounting experience - Excellent verbal and written communication abilities across all levels of an organization - Ability to work cohesively with various people, across functions and teams daily - Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with financial systems like SAP and Anaplan The preferred education for this role is CA/MBA Finance, and the location options include Noida (Preferred), Bangalore, or Mumbai.,
