Collaborate & Conquer: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop smart sourcing strategies. Social Media Sleuth: Use online job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks to source potential candidates. First Impressions Matter: Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. Scheduling Maestro: Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers. Event Planner: Help organise and attend virtual career fairs and recruitment events. Industry Insider: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition. 💻 What You Bring: A graduate or post-graduation degree in any specific domain and a passion for recruitment. Strong interest in talent acquisition and a keen eye for spotting great talent. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
