Experience - 6 months to 1 years

Job Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar, grey-collar, and white-collar positions

Understand manpower requirements from hiring managers and site teams

Source candidates through job portals, referrals, walk-ins, and field hiring

Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews

Maintain recruitment MIS, tracker, and candidate database

Ensure timely joining of selected candidates

Handle documentation and verification of candidates

Follow up with candidates till onboarding

Support bulk hiring and site hiring requirements

Experience in manpower consultancy, construction, manufacturing, or industrial hiring will be an advantage

Skills-

Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)

Knowledge of recruitment process

Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring targets

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, Job Portals)

Strong coordination and follow-up skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
