Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle

  end-to-end recruitment process

  including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer rollouts
• Develop and implement

  effective recruiting strategies

  to attract qualified candidates
• Manage recruitment through various

  job portals, social media, and internal databases

• Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and role requirements
• Conduct

  initial HR screening interviews

  to evaluate candidate fit
• Ensure a

  positive candidate experience

  throughout the hiring process
• Maintain and update

  candidate records

  in HR databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Assist in

  employee onboarding, orientation, and documentation

• Support employer branding initiatives through job fairs, events, and social platforms
• Monitor

  recruitment metrics

  such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of

  3 years’ experience in recruitment

  , preferably in education, consulting, or service-based industries
• Strong understanding of

  recruitment tools and platforms

  (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
• Excellent

  communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and organizational skills

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of

  HR compliance and labor laws

• Familiarity with

  HR software systems or ATS tools
