Qualification: Graduation

Experience: 0.8 – 1.5 Years

Location: Surat

Criteria:

Handle end-to-end recruitment for security systems, networking, and field engineering.
Source candidates through job portals, local databases, referrals, and social platforms.
Screen profiles based on technical skills such as CCTV installation, VMS, IP cameras, networking basics, cabling, and troubleshooting.
Coordinate with project and technical teams to understand manpower requirements.
Conduct initial HR screening and shortlist candidates as per role requirements.
Schedule and coordinate technical interviews.
Manage offer rollout, negotiation, and joining.
Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closures.
Support bulk and project-based hiring when required.
Exposure to hiring CCTV, surveillance, or low-voltage system roles is a strong advantage.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Ability to handle multiple positions and urgent requirements
Experience in project-based or infrastructure hiring.
Good local market knowledge in Surat/Gujarat.
