Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

· Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across channels including Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Display networks.

Develop and manage SEO/SEM strategies to increase website traffic and improve organic search rankings.

creating and scheduling social media calendar across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.), including content scheduling, engagement, and community management.

Collaborate with design, content, and product teams for brand deliverables.

Help drive email marketing and automation campaigns using tools like Mailchimp or HubSpot to nurture leads and drive conversions.

· Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) using Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, and other analytics tools.

Conduct A/B testing and optimize campaigns for better ROI and conversion rates.

· Manage and monitor digital advertising budgets, ensuring efficient spend allocation and campaign profitability.

· Stay up to date with emerging digital trends, platforms, competitor activities and technologies to keep strategies innovative and effective.

· Provide administrative and project support to the Digital Marketing Manager


Required Skills & Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in marketing/business/digital marketing/communications, or related field. A master's degree will be preferred.

4–6 years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in a fast-paced or agency environment.

· Strong understanding and experience in -

1. Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Search Engine Marketing (SEM)

2. Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads & Meta Ads Management

3. Social Media Strategy & Content Marketing

4. Email Marketing & Automation (Netcore, HubSpot)

5. Web Analytics (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and , and reporting dashboards)

6. Campaign Performance Tracking & Reporting.

7. Influencer & Affiliate Marketing

8. Marketing Automation Tools (HubSpot, CRM systems)

9. A/B Testing & Conversion Optimization
