Our mission is to make education work for everyone by fostering curiosity and delivering a responsive, inquiry-based pedagogical approach.Position: Sales and Customer Support ExecutiveExperience: 1-2 YearsLocation: Noida, UPEmployment Type: Full-time, Rotational ShiftsRole Overview: As a Sales and Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for engaging with clients and Academic Mentors, handling inquiries, and providing solutions through voice (phone calls) and non-voice (email, live chat, WhatsApp, and social media) support.
