Job Title: Assistant Manager – Digital Marketing

Location: Kondhwa, Pune

About the Role

We are hiring an experienced Assistant Manager – Digital Marketing to take end-to-end ownership of digital strategy, performance campaigns, content planning, and team coordination. The role requires strong analytical skills, leadership qualities, and in-depth digital marketing expertise to drive brand growth and lead generation.

Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Planning & Execution

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across paid, owned, and earned media.
  • Plan and manage high-performing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, and other digital channels.
  • Forecast, allocate, and optimize budgets to achieve maximum ROI.

Performance Marketing

  • Own complete performance marketing delivery—campaign setup, A/B testing, tracking, and optimization.
  • Monitor lead quality, conversion rate, CPA, and overall campaign efficiency.
  • Coordinate with sales teams to ensure seamless lead flow & nurturing.

SEO & Website Management

  • Oversee SEO activities including keyword research, technical SEO, content planning, and link building.
  • Manage website updates, landing pages, and UX improvements in coordination with developers.

Social Media & Content Leadership

  • Prepare monthly social media strategies and calendars.
  • Supervise content writers, designers, and editors to ensure quality output.
  • Approve creatives, ad copies, and campaign assets.

Analytics, Reporting & Insights

  • Track marketing KPIs using Google Analytics, Search Console, CRM dashboards & ad managers.
  • Prepare detailed performance reports with insights, learnings, and future recommendations.
  • Use data-driven decision-making to improve results.

Marketing Automation & CRM

  • Manage email marketing campaigns, automation flows, and drip campaigns.
  • Work with CRM tools like Zoho/HubSpot to track and nurture leads.

Team & Vendor Coordination

  • Supervise junior marketers and external agencies/vendors.
  • Ensure smooth execution and timely delivery of all marketing activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3–4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
  • Strong command over Performance Marketing, SEO, SMM, and Analytics.
  • Proficiency with tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, WordPress, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with SEMrush, Ahrefs, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Zoho CRM.
  • Experience in managing teams or junior executives.
  • Creative thinking with a problem-solving mindset.
