Your responsibilities will include managing social media platforms, running lead generation initiatives, executing Google ads, analyzing website traffic, tracking performance metrics, and contributing to overall marketing strategies. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead a team of 7 individuals to execute digital marketing campaigns effectively. - Manage various social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement. - Run lead generation initiatives to drive customer engagement and boost conversions. - Execute Google ads to reach the target audience effectively. - Analyze website traffic and performance metrics to optimize campaign performance. - Contribute to the development and implementation of overall marketing strategies. **Qualifications Required:** - Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Lead Generation to drive customer engagement and boost conversions. - Strong expertise in Web Analytics and Digital Marketing essentials to analyze and optimize campaign performance. - Experience in Marketing strategies and creating campaigns that align with organizational goals. - Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with team members. - Knowledge of tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, MS Excel or Power BI, and social media management platforms is an added advantage. - Bachelor's degree is a must for this role.
