Assistant Manager - Digital Marketing

Performance Marketing:

1. Plan and execute paid digital campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, Video) and Meta (Facebook and Instagram)
2. Manage end-to end campaign execution including audience targeting, bid strategies, ad copy/creative coordination and performance monitoring.
3. Optimise campaigns to achieve key KPIs such as lead, conversions, CTR, CPL and ROAS.
4. Regular analyse and report on campaign performance and provide strategic recommendations.
5. Coordinate with design and content teams for required creative assets.
6. Stay updated with latest trends and platform updates in digital marketing.

Google My Business Management:

1. Handle creation, verification, and ongoing optimization of GMB listings across all centres/locations
2. Ensure accurate and up to date business information including NAP (Name, Address, Phone) hours, categories, photos, and services.
3. Monitor and respond to GMB reviews in coordination with the brand team.
4. Track listing performance to insights (search views, actions, direction request) and provide reports with improvements and suggestions.

Key Requirements

1. Serving location Turbhe, Navi Mumbai
2. Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google and Meta Ads, Google Business Profile Manager
3. Good analytical skills and proficiency in excel
4. Good communication and coordination skills
5. Understanding of SEO for local listings
6. Experience with call tracking, lead routing and CRM tools.
