Job Description – Performance Marketing Specialist

Position: Assistant Manager
Department: Marketing
Location: Gurgaon – MG Road

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize paid media campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in digital advertising, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, regional stakeholders, and external partners to deliver impactful marketing results.

Key Responsibilities

1. Performance Marketing & Media Strategy

  • Execute and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube, and native platforms such as Taboola, Outbrain, InShorts, and mCanvas.
  • Evaluate paid media plans, assess strategies, and provide actionable recommendations to improve performance.
  • Proactively identify new opportunities, emerging trends, and platform updates to enhance campaign effectiveness.

2. Campaign Monitoring & Optimization

  • Track ongoing campaigns across channels, identify issues or inefficiencies, and implement data-backed optimizations.
  • Analyze performance metrics (CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS, CPM, reach, impressions) to generate insights and guide strategic decisions.
  • Ensure high-quality campaign execution by reviewing creatives and coordinating on required changes.

3. Operations & Stakeholder Management

  • Manage day-to-day campaign operations including raising briefs, coordinating with agencies and partners, and tracking deliverables.
  • Work closely with internal and regional teams to ensure smooth execution of campaign plans.
  • Maintain timelines and ensure all campaign deliverables, creatives, tracking links, and approvals are completed on schedule.

4. Reporting & Analytics

  • Interpret performance dashboards and prepare clear, insightful reports highlighting key learnings and optimization recommendations.
  • Provide data-driven insights to support business growth and campaign decision-making.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in performance marketing across major digital advertising platforms.
  • Excellent understanding of digital media metrics and campaign evaluation.
  • Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in performance analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to multitask, manage timelines, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
  • Proactive approach with the ability to identify opportunities and drive improvements.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
