Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies: Craft and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive product awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth for Invoicera and Workstatus.
Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitive landscape. Translate insights into actionable strategies.
Go-to-Market Planning: Lead the go-to-market strategy for product launches, including positioning, messaging, and marketing campaigns to ensure successful product adoption.
Content Marketing: Oversee the creation of high-quality content that communicates the value propositions of Invoicera and Workstatus across various channels, including blogs, whitepapers, webinars, and social media.
Lead Generation and Conversion: Develop and manage lead generation campaigns to attract and convert potential customers. Utilize data-driven approaches to optimize conversion rates.
Customer Engagement: Enhance customer engagement through targeted campaigns, email marketing, and customer success stories. Gather customer feedback to continuously improve marketing efforts.
Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials and platforms. Build and maintain a strong brand presence in the market.
Performance Tracking and Reporting: Set KPIs and track the performance of marketing campaigns. Provide regular reports and insights to senior management, adjusting strategies as needed.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing marketing team. Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 10-14 years of experience in product marketing, with a focus on SaaS products. Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and product launches.
Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. MBA preferred.
Skills: Strong analytical skills, excellent communication and presentation abilities, and proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
Knowledge: In-depth understanding of SaaS industry trends, customer behavior, and competitive strategies.
Leadership: Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and drive a team towards achieving marketing goals.
