Senior Digital Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
  
• Develop SEO strategies to improve organic reach and rankings.
  
• Create, manage, and optimize content across blogs, social media, and websites.
  
• Lead campaign performance analysis and prepare detailed reports using tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and SEMrush.
  
• Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and creative assets.
  
• Oversee paid advertising budgets and optimize for performance and ROI.
  
• Identify new trends, tools, and technologies to keep campaigns competitive.
  
• Mentor junior team members and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.
  
• Engage in customer journey analysis and personalize campaigns for segmented audiences.
  

Key Skills Required

• Strong experience in paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager).
  
• SEO, content marketing, and lead generation expertise.
  
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in campaign reporting and performance tracking.
  
• Ability to lead small teams and coordinate with stakeholders.
  
• Excellent communication, copywriting, and storytelling abilities.

Qualifications
