Job Description

The job holder will be responsible for managing key accounts independently, delivering assignments in various geographies of Right Management, launching new products successfully in the markets, and building a pipeline of proficient consultants. Responsibilities include leading and executing client engagements and projects by utilizing Rights expertise to create and implement solutions for clients in a timely and high-quality manner. This involves understanding both stated and unstated client expectations, ensuring the quality of deliverables, and optimizing project profitability through effective project planning, resource utilization, and regular project reviews. Additionally, the job holder will independently manage clients, develop compelling business proposals for potential clients by researching project contexts and collaborating with senior stakeholders. They will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with internal processes, supporting product and service enhancements, and maintaining quality standards. Prerequisites for this role include prior work experience in HR, Organizational Development, Talent Management, or Learning and Development. Key competencies required are a commitment to quality work, adherence to excellence standards, collaboration skills, customer-centric approach, attention to detail, effective decision-making, conceptual thinking, and proficiency in project management.,
