Consultant (Learning & Development - Client Facing)

The job holder will be responsible for managing key accounts independently, handling assignments in different geographical locations of Right Management, launching new products successfully in the markets, and building a pipeline of proficient consultants. Key Responsibilities: - Leading and executing client engagements and projects by utilizing Right's expertise to develop and deliver solutions for clients in a timely and high-quality manner. This involves understanding both stated and unstated client expectations, ensuring the quality of deliverables, and monitoring project profitability through effective project planning, optimal resource utilization, and regular project reviews. - Independently managing clients and creating compelling business proposals for potential clients. This includes comprehending the project context, conducting research, and seeking inputs from senior stakeholders to craft winning proposals. - Ensuring compliance with internal processes and supporting the improvement of existing products and services. Prerequisites and Key Competencies: - Previous work experience in HR, Organizational Development, Talent Management, or Learning and Development. - Upholding quality standards and demonstrating excellence in work delivery. - Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams and clients. - Customer-centric approach to understand and meet client needs. - Attention to detail, strong decision-making abilities, and conceptual thinking skills. - Proficiency in project management to successfully plan, execute, and monitor projects.,
