Consultant (Learning & Development - Client Facing)

As a key account manager at Right Management, your role involves managing key accounts independently, handling assignments in different geographical locations, launching new products successfully in the markets, and building a pipeline of proficient consultants. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and execute client engagements and projects, utilizing Right's expertise to develop and deliver solutions for clients in a timely and high-quality manner. This includes understanding both stated and unstated client expectations, ensuring the quality of deliverables, and monitoring project profitability through effective project planning, optimal resource utilization, and regular project reviews. - Independently manage clients and create compelling business proposals for potential clients by comprehending the project context, conducting research, and seeking inputs from senior stakeholders to craft winning proposals. - Ensure compliance with internal processes and support the improvement of existing products and services.
