Job Title: Assistant General Manager (AGM) – Real Estate

Location: Sector 136, Noida

Role Overview


The AGM will lead strategic business development, manage high-value investor relations, and drive revenue growth in the premium real estate segment. The role demands leadership, strong sales acumen, and a deep understanding of real estate trends in Noida and the Delhi-NCR region.


Key Responsibilities


Lead a team of Relationship Managers and Sales Executives to meet and exceed revenue targets.


Identify high-potential real estate investment opportunities (commercial, retail, residential).


Collaborate with developers, channel partners, and legal advisors to structure attractive deals.


Drive market intelligence efforts to monitor real estate trends, competitor offerings, and buyer sentiments.


Participate in investor meets, real estate expos, and networking events to expand brand visibility.


Monitor CRM performance, ensure client satisfaction, and resolve escalations.


Prepare and present detailed MIS, sales forecasts, and pipeline updates to senior management.


Requirements


Minimum 5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales/Investments, with 3+ years in a managerial role.


Strong local market knowledge of Noida, Greater Noida, and Delhi NCR.


Proven track record of high-ticket sales and investor relationship management.


Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.


Experience in using CRM software (like Salesforce or similar).


MBA/BBA or Graduate with strong business development background in real estate.


Preferred Skills


Expertise in commercial and retail real estate investments.


Leadership mindset with the ability to drive performance across teams.
