Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets. Stay updated with market trends, competition, and project knowledge. Collaborate with the CRM and marketing team for lead nurturing and follow-ups. ✅ Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales (Residential/Commercial). Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven track record of achieving sales targets. Confident personality and client-handling ability. Must be comfortable working on field and doing site visits.
