Job Title: Account Executive
Company : Investor Arena Consulting Pvt. Ltd.
Location : Noida sec-136 , Uttar Pradesh
Experience Required : 1–3 years in Accounting (Real Estate industry experience preferred)
Salary : upto 15k
✅ Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day accounting operations using Tally ERP.
Prepare and verify sales and purchase invoices; handle billing-related activities.
Ensure accurate and timely filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9).
Handle TDS deduction, payment, and return filing as per government norms.
Assist in monthly closing, bank reconciliation, and ledger scrutiny.
Maintain compliance with RERA guidelines and other real estate-related statutory requirements.
Generate and analyze reports in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, reconciliation sheets).
Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors for statutory audits.
Manage vendor and client accounts, follow up on receivables/payables.
🧠 Skills & Qualifications:
B.Com/M.Com or equivalent degree in Accounting or Finance.
Strong working knowledge of Tally ERP and MS Excel.
Solid understanding of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
Familiarity with accounting practices in the real estate sector is a plus.
Good communication and documentation skills.
Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and proactive.
