Business Development Executive Aligarh 1 - 5 years INR 2.5 - 3.5 Lacs P.A. Work from Office Full Time

We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team in the fasteners industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, , distributors, and OEMs, and driving sales of our wide range of fastener products (nuts, bolts). The BDE will play a key role in expanding market presence, improving client engagement, and contributing to revenue growth through strategic planning and execution. Role & responsibilities developing strong relationships with industrial clients Identify and target potential customers in manufacturing, construction, automotive, and related sectors for fastener products. Develop and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, distributors, and industrial buyers. Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities. Promote the companies range of fasteners (e.g., nuts, bolts) through direct sales, presentations, and product demos. Prepare and present quotations, negotiate pricing and terms, and close sales deals effectively. Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfilment and customer satisfaction. Maintain detailed records of client interactions, leads, and sales. Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management for strategy refinement. Preferred candidate profile A diploma in Mechanical/Production Engineering with relevant sales experience can also be considered.
