Investor Arena is looking for experienced, driven professionals to join our Sales Department as Real Estate Investment Manager . Be a part of a fast-growing real estate consulting firm that's making waves in the ultra-premium segment. 🎯 Key Responsibilities: Drive property sales in high-ticket residential and commercial projects. Identify and connect with potential high-net-worth clients and investors. Schedule and conduct site visits with clients and explain project. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients. Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets. Stay updated with market trends, competition, and project knowledge. Collaborate with the CRM and marketing team for lead nurturing and follow-ups. ✅ Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales (Residential/Commercial). Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven track record of achieving sales targets. Confident personality and client-handling ability. Must be comfortable working on field and doing site visits.
