Identify and connect with potential high-net-worth clients and investors. Schedule and conduct site visits with clients and explain project. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients. Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets. Stay updated with market trends, competition, and project knowledge. Collaborate with the CRM and marketing team for lead nurturing and follow-ups. ✅ Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales (Residential/Commercial).
