Job Description

We seek a highly driven and experienced Wealth Manager / Investment Manager to lead our Private Wealth division. This role involves handling a team, driving client acquisition, delivering advisory solutions, and ensuring consistent business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Performance Management

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of wealth executives or relationship managers.
  • Train the team in product knowledge, client acquisition, and advisory skills.
  • Set and monitor team targets for AUM growth and onboarding.
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

  • Personally identify and onboard HNI and UHNI clients.
  • Leverage networking and referrals to expand client base.
  • Maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with clients.

Investment Advisory & Portfolio Strategy

  • Develop customized investment strategies aligned with client goals.
  • Recommend Mutual Funds, PMS, AIF, Bonds, Insurance, and Loans.
  • Conduct periodic portfolio reviews and optimize strategies.

Business Development & Revenue Expansion

  • Achieve individual and team targets for revenue and AUM.
  • Drive cross-selling across wealth management products.
  • Stay updated on market trends and new investment opportunities.

Operational Excellence & Compliance

  • Collaborate with tax, legal, and audit teams for integrated solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory norms and company policies.
  • Maintain MIS reports on client interactions and portfolio updates.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (BBA or equivalent degree in Business, Commerce, or Finance
  • Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent degree Finance / Marketing / Banking & Finance)
  • Certifications such as NISM, CFP, CFA are an added advantage

Experience

  • 5–10 years in Wealth Management, Private Banking, or Investment Advisory
  • Experience handling HNI/UHNI clients
  • Proven experience in team leadership and business development

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
