Role Overview We are looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Manager to lead client acquisition and engagement efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong networks with SMEs, the ability to identify potential M&A targets, and experience in onboarding clients to business platforms. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with SME business owners and decision-makers. Identify and approach potential M&A targets and investment opportunities. Conduct discussions with clients to understand their requirements and align them with MergerBay's offerings. Drive the client onboarding process and ensure seamless integration on the platform. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver value to clients and grow the MergerBay ecosystem. Requirements Proven experience in business development, investment banking, consulting, or M&A advisory. Strong network and relationships with SME promoters, founders, and stakeholders. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to manage client relationships end-to-end. Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in M&A/startup ecosystem.
