Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune for a Business Development Executive. The role involves identifying and generating new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and fostering client relationships to drive revenue growth. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for establishing strong communication channels with prospects, managing client accounts, and ensuring the successful execution of business strategies that align with the organization’s goals. Additionally, the role will require collaboration across teams to fulfill client needs and achieve measurable targets effectively.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation skills to identify opportunities and drive growth
• Experience in Business processes and Account Management to ensure excellent client relationship management
• Effective Communication skills to convey ideas, negotiate agreements, and build professional relationships
• Strong networking and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders and facilitate seamless operations
• Proven problem-solving abilities and a target-oriented mindset
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Prior experience in the real estate or proptech sector is an advantage
