Real Estate Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and lead the on-ground sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Handle client meetings, negotiations, and deal closures personally and through the team.
• Generate and convert leads for residential and plotted projects.
• Train, mentor, and motivate sales executives and channel partners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and developers.
• Strategize marketing activities, events, and campaigns to increase site visits.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and track performance metrics.
• Coordinate with backend, marketing, and CRM teams for smooth operations.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience:

  3–5 years in real estate sales / channel management.
• Proven record of achieving sales targets and leading a team.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and closing skills.
• Strong market knowledge of Noida / NCR real estate.
• Comfortable working on-site and handling client meetings.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and performance-driven.
