Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership:

  Recruit, train, and mentor a team of Property Consultants to exceed individual and collective sales targets.

• Sales Strategy:

  Develop and execute strategic plans to expand our customer base and strengthen our market presence.

• End-to-End Client Management:

  Lead high-value client meetings, conduct impactful site visits, and manage the sales pipeline from initial inquiry to final handover.

• Negotiation & Closing:

  Provide expert support to the team during complex negotiations to ensure high conversion rates and deal integrity.

• Business Development:

  Identify and build relationships with

  Channel Partners

  and institutional clients to drive lead generation.

• Market Intelligence:

  Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor movements, and pricing shifts to keep our offerings competitive.

What We’re Looking For

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Industry Expertise:

  Proven track record in Real Estate Sales with a deep understanding of the local property market.

• Leadership:

  Demonstrated experience in managing and motivating a sales team to hit aggressive KPIs.

• Communication:

  Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills; the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse stakeholders.

• Mindset:

  A "hunter" mentality focused on growth, results, and excellence in customer service.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Tech-savvy with proficiency in

  CRM software

  (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, or LeadSquared).
• Strong analytical skills for market research and sales forecasting.
• Existing network of Channel Partners or industry contacts.
