Job Title: Field Property Acquisition Manager – AP & Telangana Job Summary: We are looking for a Field Property Acquisition Executive to identify, evaluate, and secure suitable commercial properties for our franchise showrooms across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. The role involves extensive fieldwork, market research, property negotiations, and coordination with landlords, brokers, and internal teams. Key Responsibilities: 🔹 Property Sourcing & Field Work 🔹 Site Evaluation Assess properties based on location, size, visibility, parking, footfall, and rental value. Take site photos, videos, and prepare property comparison reports. Verify basic property documents and ownership details. 🔹 Negotiation & Coordination Negotiate rent, lease terms, deposit, lock-in period, and other commercial conditions. Coordinate with legal, franchise, and management teams for approvals. Assist in lease agreement finalization. 🔹 Market Intelligence Track rental trends, competitor locations, and new commercial developments. Suggest new cities, towns, and micro-markets for expansion. 🔹 Reporting Submit daily/weekly field visit reports. Maintain a database of shortlisted and rejected properties. Update progress on property acquisition status. Experience: 1–4 years of experience in real estate, property sourcing, retail expansion, or field sales Experience in commercial properties or retail leasing preferred Skills: Strong negotiation & communication skills Good understanding of local real estate markets in AP & Telangana Ability to work independently in the field Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets Two-wheeler mandatory (own vehicle preferred) Preferred Candidate Profile: Comfortable with extensive travel and fieldwork Well-connected with local brokers and property owners Target-oriented and proactive.
