Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bhubaneswar for a Real Estate Manager. The responsibilities include overseeing property management operations, handling lease administration, and managing commercial real estate activities. The individual will be responsible for negotiating lease agreements, managing tenant relationships, performing property inspections, and ensuring that all operations align with the company’s vision of sustainable land use. The Real Estate Manager will also collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate real estate opportunities that align with the organization's values.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Property Management and Lease Administration
• Proficiency in managing Leases and Real Estate transactions
• Experience in handling Commercial Real Estate and related regulations
• Strong organizational and negotiation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and align real estate strategies with company objectives
• Knowledge or experience in sustainable land management is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the agricultural or community development sector is advantageous
