Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Manager role located in Noida. The Real Estate Manager will oversee property acquisition, development, and maintenance processes, ensuring efficient operations and compliance with legal standards. Responsibilities include managing leasing agreements, supervising property maintenance, preparing budgets, conducting property evaluations, and building strong relationships with clients, contractors, and vendors. The role requires effective management of real estate investments and implementing strategies to maximize property value and revenue.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Property Management, Facilities Management, and Real Estate Transaction Management
• Proficiency in Financial Analysis, Budgeting, and Cost Optimization
• Strong Negotiation and Contract Management skills
• Knowledge of Real Estate Laws, Regulatory Compliance, and Market Trends
• Excellent Communication, Problem-Solving, and Leadership capabilities
• Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and oversee maintenance operations
• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree or additional certifications are a plus)
• Previous experience in a real estate management role preferred
• Proficiency in real estate software and tools is advantageous
