Role Description

We are seeking a proactive Ecommerce Assistant Manager with hands-on experience in managing online marketplaces (Myntra, Ajio, Amazon, Flipkart, Tata Cliq etc.), specifically in the Men’s Fashion Apparel category. The candidate should be skilled in cataloguing, advertising campaigns, advanced Excel, and data analytics, with the ability to drive growth using marketplace insights and performance metrics.


Qualifications

  • Marketplace Management · Manage daily operations on Myntra, Ajio, Amazon, Flipkart & Tata Cliq marketplaces. · Create, optimize, and manage product listings with SEO-driven titles, descriptions, keywords, and enhanced content (A+). · Ensure smooth inventory flow, accurate stock visibility, and order fulfilment coordination with logistics and warehouse teams.


  • Advertising & Promotions · Plan, execute, and optimize Sponsored Ads, PPC campaigns, and Deals across marketplaces. Monitor and analyse ad metrics (CPC, CTR, ROAS, Conversion Rate) to maximize efficiency. · Strategize seasonal campaigns and platform promotions to increase sales for Apparel SKUs. 


  • Reports & Analytics · Generate regular reports on sales, ad performance, returns, product trends, and competitor pricing. · Use Advanced Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP, dashboards, data models) to track performance. · Recommend actionable insights to boost visibility, conversions, and revenue. 


  • Account Health & Compliance · Monitor account health metrics including product ratings, customer feedback, and platform penalties. · Handle claims, returns, and ensure compliance with platform guidelines


  • Product Listings, Optimization & Brand Visibility Enhance product visibility and ranking through optimized listings and A+ content. • Optimize titles, keywords, descriptions, bullet points, and product images. • Manage A+ content and brand store setup to improve brand presentation. • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices for marketplaces. • Regularly audit listings for accuracy, compliance, and competitiveness. • Collaborate with the design team for attractive creatives and product visuals.


  • Coordination & Website Support · Work closely with dispatch, design, marketing, and management teams for smooth operations. · Support updates on the company’s D2C website (banners, collections, offers, etc.). Required Skills · Experience in Myntra, Ajio, Amazon, Flipkart & Tata Cliq etc. · Hands-on expertise in analysing ad metrics (CPC bidding, CTR, ROAS, Conversion Rate). · Advanced Excel skills for analytics & reporting. · Strong knowledge of Men’s Fashion Apparel category cataloguing. · Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data & marketplace trends. · Excellent communication and coordination skills. ·Analytical, negotiation, communication, multitasking, and leadership skills Preferred Qualifications · Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. · 4–7 years of ecommerce experience, preferably in Fashion Apparel Brands.
