Ecommerce Specialist

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Ecommerce Specialist located in Mumbai. The Ecommerce Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing e-commerce platforms, analyzing sales data, improving customer service, and executing promotional strategies. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring website performance, updating product listings, responding to customer inquiries, collaborating with the sales and marketing teams, and ensuring a seamless online shopping experience for customers.

• Analytical Skills for data interpretation and strategic decision making
• Customer Service and Communication skills for effective interaction with clients
• E-Commerce and Sales experience to manage and optimize online platforms
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and related tools. Product listing .
• Previous experience in the retail or fashion industry is a plus
