Job Summary: The Area Manager will oversee the overall operations of multiple outlets within a designated region. The role is responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experience, operational excellence, team development, and achievement of sales and profitability targets. This position plays a strategic role in scaling operations while maintaining brand standards across all stores. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operations Management Oversee daily operations of multiple QSR outlets and ensure adherence to company SOPs. Monitor food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards in compliance with FSSAI guidelines. Conduct regular store audits to ensure operational efficiency and compliance. 2. Sales & Revenue Growth Drive store-level sales targets and profitability through effective planning and execution. Analyze sales trends and take necessary actions to maximize revenue and minimize costs. Implement local marketing initiatives and promotions in coordination with the marketing team. 3. People Management Recruit, train, and develop store managers and their teams. Monitor performance and productivity of team members; conduct appraisals and coaching. Ensure manpower availability as per business requirements and control attrition. 4. Customer Experience Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction across all outlets. Resolve escalated customer complaints promptly and professionally. Train store teams on hospitality and complaint handling protocols. 5. Inventory & Cost Control Monitor inventory levels, stock movements, and wastage reports. Ensure adherence to food cost and operational budgets across stores. Review vendor performance and coordinate with the procurement team for improvements. 6. Reporting & Strategy Prepare and review performance reports (sales, customer feedback, expenses, etc.) regularly. Develop and implement strategies for improving operational efficiency and profitability. Act as the liaison between stores and the corporate office for process alignment and support. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong leadership and people management skills Excellent knowledge of QSR operations and food safety standards Business acumen and analytical thinking Problem-solving and decision-making abilities Proficiency in MS Excel, POS systems, and inventory software Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Qualifications: Minimum 5–7 years of experience in QSR/Food Retail industry, with at least 2–3 years in a multi-unit management role
