Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kolkata for an Area Collections Manager. The Area Collections Manager will be responsible for overseeing collection activities in assigned areas, ensuring timely and efficient recovery of dues, managing a team of collection agents, analyzing collection performance, and implementing strategies to improve collection efficiency. Additionally, this role will involve coordinating with the customer service team to address and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to payments and collections.

Qualifications

• Experience in Collection Management, Account Recovery, and Team Leadership skills
• Strong Analytical skills, including performance analysis and strategy implementation
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills for effective team coordination and customer interaction
• Proficiency in Reporting and Documentation
• Ability to work independently and handle responsibilities effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the banking or financial services industry is a plus
• Familiarity with regional financial practices and regulations in Kolkata and surrounding areas
