Area Collections Manager

As a Collection Manager in the Commercial Vehicle portfolio, your role involves the following key responsibilities: - Responsible for Bucket Collection, write-off recovery, asset sale, and recovery on Loss on Sale. - Manage a team of Collection Managers to ensure efficient portfolio coverage meeting CAPE norms. - Ensure 100% mobile app usage and update quality feedback/trails regularly. - Focus on Non-starters and revenue collection with specific attention. - Coordinate with the sales credit underwriting team for portfolio quality management. - Identify asset deployment opportunities and meet with delinquent customers. - Initiate legal actions for critical cases and ensure compliance with standard operating processes during asset repossession. - Devise strategies to control and minimize fraud losses. - Conduct audits of existing revenue streams to identify risks and implement corrective measures. - Ensure timely deposition of money without any delays. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in collection management, preferably in the Commercial Vehicle sector. - Strong leadership skills to manage a team of Collection Managers effectively. - Excellent communication and coordination abilities to work with cross-functional teams. - Sound knowledge of portfolio management and risk mitigation strategies. - Familiarity with legal procedures related to asset repossession and recovery. - Ability to devise cost-effective strategies for portfolio management.,
