Job Description

Oversee and guide a team of collection officers to meet and exceed monthly and annual collection targets.
Develop and execute effective collection and recovery strategies to improve the portfolios health.
Monitor and, analyze trends, and provide regular reports on collection activities.
Conduct regular field visits to high-risk accounts and provide on-the-job training and support to the team
Ensure adherence to all legal and ethical collection practices.
Build strong relationships with customers to facilitate timely recoveries and resolutions.
