Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Rajasthan, India for an Area Debt Manager. The Area Debt Manager will be responsible for overseeing debt collection and management efforts within the assigned area. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring and managing outstanding debts, developing repayment plans, and ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and regulations. The candidate will also analyze financial data, communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders, and provide solutions to improve debt recovery processes.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Debt Management and Debt Collection
• Finance and Analytical Skills to assess data and make informed decisions
• Excellent Communication skills to interact with clients and team members
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience in managing and recovering debts in the financial sector
• Ability to work effectively on-site in Rajasthan, India
• Experience with financial software and tools is advantageous
