Job Description

As an Area Collection Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the collection activities in your designated area. Your main role will be to ensure timely recovery of outstanding dues from customers while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities - Manage a team of collection agents and ensure they meet their targets effectively. - Develop and implement collection strategies to improve recovery rates. - Monitor and analyze collection data to identify trends and areas for improvement. - Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer issues and escalations. - Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
