Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager-Affluent located across Uttar Pradesh (Locations - Aligarh, Agra, Faizabad, Ballia, Gorakhpur, Deoria, Raebareli, Lucknow, Meerut, Shahjahanpur, Allahabad,, Jaunpur, Ghazipur, Varanasi, Mughalsarai, Baraut, Hapur) . The Relationship Manager-Affluent will be responsible for managing relationships with high-net-worth individuals, providing them with personalized banking services, and offering financial products that meet their needs. The role includes portfolio management, achieving assigned targets, conducting client meetings, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include cross-selling banking products, handling complex financial situations, and maintaining compliance with banking regulations. Qualifications Strong Relationship Management and Client Servicing skills Experience in Portfolio Management and Wealth Management Knowledge of Banking Products and Financial Markets Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills Ability to meet targets and work under pressure Relevant experience in managing high-net-worth clients Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field Additional certifications or qualifications in finance or banking are advantageous IRDA and NISM Certified candidates only Show more Show less
