Job Title: Area Business Manager (Jewellery Sales)

Department: Sales & Business Development

Location: Surat

Job Summary:

The Area Business Manager (ABM) will be responsible for driving sales, achieving revenue targets, and expanding the brand’s retail and distribution network within the assigned region. The role focuses on managing store performance, building strong relationships with franchise partners, and ensuring premium customer experience aligned with the brand image of Aigiri Jewels (or your company name).

Key Responsibilities:

* Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets across all stores or franchise outlets in the assigned area.

* Develop and implement sales strategies to increase business volume and market share.

* Build and maintain relationships with franchise owners, retail partners, and key clients.

* Monitor and improve store performance, conversion rates, and average ticket size.

* Ensure proper visual merchandising, inventory management, and brand presentation at stores.

* Analyze sales trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.

* Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams for promotions, events, and product launches.

* Train and motivate sales executives and store teams to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve targets.

* Review sales reports, customer feedback, and KPIs to drive continuous improvement.

* Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing standards, and brand guidelines.

Skills & Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).

* 4–8 years of experience in sales or business management, preferably in jewellery, luxury retail, or FMCG.

* Strong understanding of retail operations, channel sales, and customer engagement.

* Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

* Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and sales reporting systems.

* Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned area.
