Review multi-layer rigid-flex PCBs for vibration/shock-resistant systems Execute DVP&R (Design Validation Plan) for temperature cycling (-40C to +125C), humidity, and thermal shock. Lead EMC pre-compliance testing (radiated/conducted immunity, ESD per ISO 10605). Debug field failures using automotive-specific tools (CANoe, oscilloscopes with protocol decoders). Experience with high-speed digital design, signal/power integrity analysis, and EMC mitigation. Proficiency with lab equipment (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, spectrum analyzers). Solid grasp of communication protocols (I2C, SPI, UART, USB, CAN, Ethernet). Experience with safety/regulatory standards (UL, CE, FCC, IEC 62304, ISO 26262) Desirable Skills: Experience with wireless technologies (BLE, Wi-Fi, LoRa, Cellular).
