Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive/Manager with 23 years of experience in the service industry, preferably in staffing and recruitment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our client base across global markets, including India, the Middle East, and the US. This is a full-time, office-based role located in Hinjewadi, Pune, with excellent growth potential and a strong incentive structure. Key Responsibilities: • Identify and generate new business opportunities in global markets (India, US, Middle East). • Build and nurture strong client relationships in the staffing, recruitment, and IT services domain. • Present tailored staffing/recruitment solutions to potential clients. • Collaborate with internal delivery/recruitment teams for end-to-end execution. • Prepare and deliver business proposals, service presentations, and agreements. • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly targets for business development and revenue. • Maintain sales pipeline and client data using CRM tools. • Stay updated on industry trends, competition, and market developments.
