Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a US IT Recruiter based in Mumbai. The US IT Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment life cycle, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring processes. The recruiter will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process.

Qualifications

• Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring processes
• Proficiency in IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting
• Strong Recruiting skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• Experience in the US IT market is a plus
