About -We are Addnectar Solutions, A US based Graphics and Order Management outsourcing company. Across Mumbai and Pune, we are a team of 300+ individuals working for the US, UK and Canada markets. We work across multiple verticals namely Promotions, Publications, Digital, IT, Recruitment, Training and Accounting Services. Exp -3+ Years Time -12:00 pm-09:00 pm Location -Andheri East,Mumbai. Job Overview- We are looking for a talented Web Designer with expertise in website design, eCommerce, UI/UX, and social media content creation. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for aesthetics, a deep understanding of user experience, and the ability to design engaging digital experiences that align with our brand and business goals. Key Responsibilities Website & eCommerce Design: Create visually appealing, user-friendly designs for websites, landing pages, and eCommerce platforms. UI/UX Design: Develop wireframes, prototypes, and interactive designs that enhance user experience and engagement. Social Media Content: Design compelling graphics, banners, and promotional materials for social media platforms. Brand Consistency: Ensure all digital designs align with brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive visual identity. Collaboration: Work closely with developers, marketers, and content creators to execute design projects effectively. User Research & Testing: Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to improve design and functionality. Responsive Design: Ensure websites and digital assets are optimized for mobile, tablet, and desktop views. Required Skills & Qualifications Proficiency in Design Tools: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, Sketch, or similar. UI/UX Knowledge: Strong understanding of design principles, user behavior, and accessibility best practices. Web Technologies: Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
