Web Designer

We are looking for a talented and experienced Web Designer with 2-4 years of professional experience to create visually appealing, user-friendly, and responsive websites. The ideal candidate will have strong creative skills, an excellent eye for detail, and the ability to convert ideas into engaging designs while collaborating closely with developers, marketers, and other stakeholders. Key Responsibilities • Design and maintain high-quality, visually engaging websites for various projects. • Create responsive designs that work seamlessly across devices and screen sizes. • Develop design systems and maintain brand consistency throughout all digital assets. • Collaborate with UX designers, front-end developers, and content teams to ensure design feasibility and accuracy. • Optimise web graphics for performance, SEO, and fast load times. • Work with HTML/CSS and basic JavaScript to implement design updates. • Conduct design reviews and usability testing to ensure high user satisfaction. • Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and emerging technologies in web design. • Mentor junior designers and contribute to creative brainstorming sessions. Required Skills & Qualifications • Education: Bachelors degree/diploma in Web Design, Multimedia, Graphic Design, or related field. • Experience: 3–4 years of professional experience in web design. • Technical Skills: o Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3 and basic JavaScript/jQuery. o Advanced experience with CSS frameworks (Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap) and preprocessors (SASS/SCSS). o Proficiency in design tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator. o Knowledge of UI/UX principles and usability standards. o Basic knowledge of SEO-friendly design practices. o Understanding of HTML email design and responsive email templates. o Knowledge of basic front-end frameworks (React, Vue) for design collaboration o Knowledge of progressive web apps (PWA). o Proficient with Git and version control workflows. • Soft Skills: o Excellent attention to detail. o Strong communication and collaboration skills. o Ability to work on multiple projects under tight deadlines. o Problem-solving mindset with creative thinking.
