We are expanding our affiliate division and seeking an experienced Affiliate Manager – Web Leads (CPS/CPL/CPA) to scale web traffic, optimize performance, and build strong affiliate relationships across our top verticals.
As the Affiliate Manager – Web Leads, you will oversee the recruitment, development, and performance of affiliates driving web leads, form fills, and online conversions on CPS, CPL, and CPA pricing models.
Your goal is to grow high-quality web lead volume, strengthen publisher partnerships, and drive measurable ROI for Vellko Media and our clients.
Affiliate Recruitment & Management
Proactively source, recruit, and onboard affiliates across CPS, CPL, and CPA verticals.
Build long-term relationships with publishers, networks, and agencies.
Support affiliates with offers, tracking, creatives, and optimization guidance.
Negotiate payouts, caps, and terms to maintain sustainable and profitable partnerships.
Creator & Influencer-Focused Lead Generation
Recruit creators/influencers capable of generating web leads through social content, landing pages, or traffic partnerships.
Provide a white-glove onboarding experience and customized optimization recommendations.
Maintain ongoing communication and performance reviews to maximize creator-driven conversions.
Campaign Strategy & Execution
Launch and manage lead generation offers across CPS, CPL, and CPA models.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper funnel flow, tracking, and conversion paths.
Coordinate creatives, pixels, and tracking links to ensure seamless campaign setup.
Work closely with advertisers to align goals, requirements, and lead quality expectations.
Performance Optimization & Analytics
Monitor affiliate performance daily and take proactive actions to scale successful partners.
Identify traffic trends, optimization opportunities, and areas for cost reduction.
Perform competitive and market analysis to refine acquisition strategies.
Build detailed reports for management, affiliates, and clients.
Compliance & Lead Quality
Ensure affiliates follow brand, vertical, and compliance guidelines.
Work with QA teams to validate lead intent, accuracy, and quality.
Monitor for fraud, low-quality leads, and prohibited traffic sources.
Enforce corrective action, suspensions, or optimizations where needed.
Innovation & Growth
Explore new verticals, landing pages, funnels, traffic types, and platforms.
Test new publishers, networks, and lead-generation technologies.
Stay updated with CPS/CPL/CPA best practices, compliance changes, and industry trends.
3+ years of experience in Affiliate Marketing focused on CPS, CPL, or CPA lead generation.
Proven ability to recruit, manage, and scale affiliates and influencer partners.
Experience with tracking platforms (HasOffers, Everflow, Tune, Cake, etc.).
Strong understanding of traffic types (search, native, social, contextual, email, push, etc.).
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ROI-focused environment.
