Drive traffic, FTDs, and deposits to achieve monthly KPIs. Monitor team performance and guide managers to hit targets. Maintain strong communication with your uplines and company supervisors. Implement marketing strategies to increase conversions and retention. Report weekly results and performance insights. 🔹 Requirements Experience in iGaming, affiliate marketing, or team leadership (preferred but not mandatory).
